Martin Craw, John Shanks and Joe McLean; three friends took on this personal challenge because they share passion for cycling. It is one of the most eco-friendly types of commuting and it is fun! But not everyone is lucky to be able to enjoy cycling. There are many people, including young people, that can’t cycle without additional support because they were born disabled. But they are desperate to live the life to the fullest and this is where our Club comes in picture because our service helps to reach the young people’s potential and enjoy their life in friendly and inclusive environment.

John Shanks, attempted this cycle challenge on his own back in 2013 and raised £700 for another important charity but finished only 600 out of the 900 miles journey. We will keep you updated about the journey here and we hope that this time the whole 900 miles will get completed!

If you feel like you would like to donate and support this personal challenge, you can do it through their JustGiving page. You can also help spread the word by sharing this post on your facebook and twitter.

If you feel that you would like to do something similar and help us fundraise, you can do it here or contact us directly through our email and we will help you to set it up. All the money will be spent directly on the young people’s activities.
