This post is a double feature of the past two weeks' DASH Sessions (17 - 19th September & 24 - 26th September).Activities were similar across both weeks, except for the sessions from 17 - 19th September when we experienced warmer weather, so we also had some outdoor activities ☀️. On Tuesdays, the young adults enjoyed swimming and water activities in the pool 🤽‍♀️, alternatively dryside activities were also available in the games hall for the young adults to enjoy 🏀.On Wednesdays, the drama group met up at Beatroute to explore stories by using games and activities 🎭.On Thursdays, the young adults were based at Ashton School and enjoyed a variety of activities in the games hall, along with the trampoline, massages and the sensory room 🧘. The music session was made available again at the school and when it became very warm, the instruments were brought outside for the young adults to enjoy a music session out in the sun 🪇☀️! It was a very lively week as we enjoyed the final days of warmth this season🍂.Although it has been quieter in the past few weeks with the smaller groups, we look forward to welcoming the new members who will join our sessions in the next weeks 🎉! ...
